This is a lot of very good advice, and I think it applies to a great many things beyond the obvious.

I would also add reminding them of past success and still providing as two of the most important aspects -- if you&#039;re reliable and good, you&#039;re one of the few things those who rely upon you can actually count on, and that&#039;s not something they want to lose.</description>

		<description>#4 I have to disagree with... going around slagging anybody off is wrong especially when your customer may well have bought from your competition in the past. If you criticise the competition then you are effectively criticising the customer for choosing them in the past.</description>
