This has been one hell of a month for the editorial staff here at Copyblogger.
First, three weeks ago, we informed you that Pamela Wilson was joining us.
Now today, I am pleased to announce that Stefanie Flaxman is joining our team too, in the role of Manager of Editorial Standards.
What does that mean? It means that Stefanie will be an internal advocate for you — making sure that every piece of content you lay your eyes on meets stringent standards for style and grammar.
It’s a role she is remarkably qualified to fulfill.
You might know Stefanie from her writing and editing business, Revision Fairy, which she has operated full-time as a solopreneur since 2008. Prior to striking out on her own, Stefanie was the West Coast Office Manager for Mediabistro and an editor for PR Newswire.
And Stefanie is a longtime member of the Copyblogger community. You’ve probably read one of the excellent guest posts she has penned for us over the years.
For these reasons and more, we are thrilled to have Stefanie as part of our team.
And she’s thrilled too. I asked Stefanie what she was most looking forward to with her new role. Here is her answer:
I want to help other entrepreneurs grow their businesses the same way Copyblogger helped me. Pay it forward!
She’s been doing just that on her own at Revision Fairy for the last half-decade. We’re glad she’ll now be doing it full-time for us, and you.
Join us over at Google+ right here to provide the warmest of welcomes for Stefanie.
